title="run your car on water" href="http://www.greentechgazette.com/index.php/gas-savers/run-your-car-on-water/" target="_blank">run your car on water many times over this past year. And, last June I talked about the Ronn Scorpion supercar using a hydrogen-on-demand system that helps it achieve 40 mpg, which is unheard of for a super fast car in this class.

Now, some critics, naysayers and non-believers have lumped the Ronn Scorpion into the same class of hoax as the Japanese Genepax water car. But, if the Ronn Scorpion is truly a hoax and a scam then this will turn out to be one of the biggest flops of all time.

You see Ronn Motors of Texas is actively marketing their car now with 10 sales for their $150,000 super eco-car. The Scorpion was one of the largest highlights at the SEMA show in Las Vegas earlier this year and is now being featured in a full-page article in Men’s Journal.

Now, if the Ronn Scorpion is one big scam does the owner Ronn Maxwell think no one will ever find out? When those 10 or so cars are delivered and they don’t live up to the hype, what will happen then?

The biggest problem, however is not what if the Ronn Scorpion doesn’t deliver, but what if it does? If it doesn’t deliver it will be one big flop, big embarrassment and a cause for bankruptcy most likely. But, if it does deliver, it will also be the cause for embarrassment and potential bankruptcy.

The Ronn Scorpion is the first production vehicle to come stock with a hydrogen-on-demand system that increases gas mileage and reduces emissions. If this does succeed, this means the naysayers including the Big Six Automakers have been wrong all along.

This means with a simple device Detroit could have been producing fuel efficient cars for years and has chosen not to do this. This means that those car companies (probably foreign who are not as stubborn as the Detroit companies) will probably be embarrassed into marketing this run your car on water technology as standard equipment first, and possibly driving its competitors out of business.

Make no mistake that the stakes are high for the Ronn Scorpion succeeding or failing. The Ronn H2GO system is also slated to rollout as an aftermarket system making this technology available on a wide scale to everyone who owns a gasoline or diesel powered vehicle.

Then all eyes will be on the Detroit auto executives wondering “What have you guys been doing all these years?” even more so than they are right now. At this point, there will be no more bailouts and other non U. S. cars will start to fill the void or people will just hang onto their cars longer using hydrogen-on-demand technology to extend the life of their vehicles.
<div

People want free energy almost as if it were a birthright of simply being human.

And, as such there are many marketers tapping into this desire. No, no one has come up with a perpetual motion machine yet based upon magnets or using water to power 100-percent of a car. But, marketers are using free energy giveaways to tap into the green movement that has taken on a life of its own recently.

For example, 1,000 employees in the Heavenly Mountain Resort of California will receive free energy efficient CFL light bulbs so that they may cut down on electricity consumption. Verdiem is now offering free energy monitoring software for consumers called Edison that can be installed upon your PC.

The advantage of Edison it that you can pre-configure power consumption in your PC such as powering down your computer when no one is around, turning off the display or suspending the computer. Many computers already come with power-saving features, but this one will give you options and tell you how much power consumption and dollars you’ll save on a yearly basis.

Mitsubishi has just come out with a product named Ecodan that will use free energy from the outside air for heating and cooling the interior of one’s home. Of course, there are other ways to get free energy such as with renewables like solar, wind and geothermal.

But, sometimes saving energy means free energy as the examples above show. Free energy saving tips such as insulating attics and water heaters, cutting down on water consumption, and using one’s basement as a source for geothermal heating and cooling can many times be worth their weight in gold. And, that is just so green, now isn’t it?
<div

Not only that, it exceeds current and future U. S. CAFÉ standard for automobile gas mileage.

With zero to 60 mph acceleration in under 4 seconds, the Ronn Scorpion fits well in the supercar class. But, it’s also a bit of a tea totaler when it comes to gasoline as it is rated at 40-plus mpg highway. Compare this to other supercars like Lamborghinis that get less than 10 mpg or perhaps a Prius that is in the mid-40’s.

How does the Ronn Scorpion pull off this feat? Well, you’ve heard me talk about different run your car on water methods before and the Scorpion uses a Hydrorunner hydrogen fuel injection system to increase gas mileage and reduce emissions.

Simply put, the Hydrorunner sips from a 1.5 gallon water tank, turns the H2O into HHO gas then injects this into the car’s intake system. The dual computer processor onboard the Scorpion figures out the right gas to HHO mix and optimizes it under various driving conditions.

Now, 40 mpg may not be the Holy Grail in gas savings, but what most people don’t realize is that Ronn Motors and Check Engine (developer of the Hydrorunner) are committing a first. Never before has an auto manufacturer included a hydrogen generator as a standard part of the automobile.

This could be the end of the catalytic convertor as we know it. This also opens the door for other automakers to say yes to offering these water car devices standard on their automobiles as well.

When 190 of the limited edition Scorpions start to roll out in October 2008, they will all be equipped with this gas saving device. This supercar doesn’t have a super price either compared to its exotic Italian counterparts and is being sold for $150,000.

Public shares of Ronn Motors are now being offered on the Over The Counter Exchange. Time will tell if their shares will be in as high demand as their hydrogen on demand supercar will surely be.
<div
